Execution of duties of the head of sales department: motivation, coordination, control of managers – 10 employees. Execution of duties of the head of service department: motivation, coordination, control of managers – 7 employees. Execution of duties of expert in marketing: working out offers, working out advertising strategy directed on advancement of products and services to the market, working out advertising campaignes directed on advancement of client`s companies in the Internet. Strategic management: working out strategies of enterprise development, working out optimization strategies and enterprise reorganization, working out strategies of company advancement in the market. Execution of duties of the HR manager: staff selection, staff trainings, introduction of the new stuff to the process of working, creation of duty regulations and payment system, carrying out trainings.
Job achievement.
I began working for the company when I was a student. I studied in Smolensk state agricultural (economical faculty, a speciality of accountant and auditor). I worked as a manager for 1,5 year and all this time I performed the sales plan?. As a student I took part and won in the competitions witch took place in our company. (I studied the amount of sales throughout the year and the quarter). When I graduated from the academy I was promoted to the head of the sales department. I formed the sales department which consisted of 10 employees, I controlled and motivated the sales plan of the department, created new products, services and offers (the advancement of the company`s sites in the Internet, put contextual advertising in the Internet). As the head of the sales department I worked out the strategy of development of the Smolensk regional portal, made a project of the electronic directory of the regional portal. I was the head of the sales department for one year. Then I worked out the general plan of development and restructuring of the enterprise in the crisis. After that I promoted to the assistant of the general director. I restructed and worked out duty regulations, forms of reporting for the department of project, sales and service.
At this time.
I am the assistant of the general director and the official accreditated representative of the Yandex and Begun companies in Smolensk.
