Start/end date: 01March 1997 – 28 February 2009 Brief description of responsibilities: I managed a team of 9 associates in charge of coordinating a corporate strategy in Romania. Responsibilities included managing the following activities: crisis management strategy planning, data analysis, PR, maintaining media contacts, application of market research techniques and TPM procedures to develop and implement the plan throughout Romania, translation of EU education legislation (organization, procedures), financial and legal documents (tribunal sentences, contracts, copyright, etc.). Media releases, interviews, materials and coordination of advertisement campaigns throughout all the projects below: I set up and managed an on-going Renault-Dacia-Nissan integration project (01 December 2006 - 28 February 2009), with a cross-company learning and research structure within the Renault-Nissan group, launching new types of press and molding machines for new types of cars for the Japanese and the US market, supervising the implementation of various training programs, including technical training for 30 Romanian and French engineers, on-the-job workshops and seminars at Nissan facilities in Zama and Atsugi, Kanagawa Pref., Japan, and at Renault-Dacia factory in Pitesti, Arges Pref., Romania. I devised an integrated business unit as a part of the centre, for ordering and delivering between the Japanese factories and their Romanian counterparts under overall Renault supervision. I developed a new business approach at Fujikura Automotive Romania (03 May 2004 – 15 November 2006), implementing various training programs, devising equipment operation control schemes and implementing TPM and technical training for 20 Romanian and Spanish engineers, on-the-job workshops and seminars at Fujikura factory in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. I set up an integrated data analysis system for a future investment strategy in Eastern Europe, including expansion of business in Romania and penetration in CIS countries such as Ukraine and Moldova. Between 02 December 2002 - 30 April 2004 I was a News Writer with the Nine O’clock daily in Bucharest, Romania. I monitored and translated mainly political, economic and social news and analyses from various European newspapers, especially from Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece, into English for the local Romanian readers and foreign investors in Romania, before the accession of this country into the EU in 2007. Together with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Ministry of Environment in Romania (01 September 1999 - 30 November 2002) I helped establish and develop the National Reference Laboratory. Proposed and supervised the timely and efficient operations of a parallel air pollution monitoring training project, the first for the National Reference Laboratory, through constant communication with JICA HQ in Tokyo and the European Union regulators for acquiring the relevant documentation. I also devised training materials and developed training facilities for the Romanian Ministry of Environment officials assigned to the introduction of air pollution measuring standards for the newly created National Reference Laboratory. In charge of purchasing measurement and sampling equipment and reagents from a broad range of companies, including Agilent, Linde, Tecora and Markes among others. Participated at a Kawasaki Heavy Industries - Marubeni Co. outsourcing project in Romania (01 February 1997 – 15 August 1999), supervising communication and editing of technical manuals and providing regular training to improve technical translation quality. Proofreading translated materials for the introduction of Total Productivity Management (TPM) system. I also managed a professional team of 3 translators in charge of translating the technical documentation from/into Japanese-English-Romanian. About me

Extensive experience in corporate culture development, employee engagement, crisis management and integrated marketing, gathering analysing data and delivering M&A projects. I managed international teams throughout my projects and I controlled media communication process in a renewable energy project and other activities. I have also developed, managed and implemented a wide variety of organizational transformation, ranging from IoT introduction and AI need assessment to industrial product launching, setting up new structures, HR innovation and learning, internal and external communications, change management, devising advertising scenarios, controlling public events, etc. Native-level or close to native level proficiency in 10 languages (Japanese, English, Romanian, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Greek, Russian) and thorough or conversational level of mastering of others (German, Norwegian), with extensive experience in running international team environments, controlling IoT implementation processes, customizing communication along various cultural patterns, project management, training and facilitation, executive coaching, business development and operation strategy. The following examples may be more illustrative for activities in terms of setting up new structures, data analysis and marketing–related operations: • I devised and managed a new structure and learning cross-company integrated learning centre within the Renault-Nissan group and set up the structure for launching a new industrial product employing an engineering team from Japan, France, Algeria and Romania, within the Nissan project. I devised and developed a flexible internal communication process and prepared the framework for implementing automated processes into the workflow as well. I managed crisis situations and developed crisis prevention and tackling strategies. • I organized and managed the data collection and analysis for a new production strategy, managed mixed teams in Japan, Spain and Romania, and coordinated the automation of their workflow. The data analysis and communication between HQ in Japan and subsidiaries in Spain and Romania became a smooth process tailored to needs for a future investment campaign in Eastern Europe. • I came in direct contact with the insurance world and its instruments in the AIG-Fujikasai integration project, where I managed a mix team in Japan, Singapore, India and the Philippines, which I tailored to implement new customized applications for organizational transformation and product rebranding and I evaluated their output. • Throughout my latest JCE projects, mainly between 2011 and 2016 in IBM, AIG, Sumitomo and Panasonic, I delivered innovation consultancy, change management, business model innovation, transformation and rebranding. I set up learning centres for research of next generation products and market approaches. • In the IBM-Alphabet transformation project, I organized regular IoT, AI and cognitive solution presentation sessions with executives of some companies as Resona and Yusen Logistics. • Together with JICA, I analyzed relevant data and suggested the establishment of the National Reference Laboratory within the Romanian Environment Ministry and coordinated the establishment strategy implementation. I devised its first air pollution monitoring project together with a Japanese team of various companies, partners in the project. • I also maintain frequent contacts with people and organizations involved into or thinking of initiating innovative company transformation projects, exchange ideas and draw up tentative guidelines for new possible strategies of various industries.
