Chief Regional Communication Officer
Brief description of responsibilities: Associate in an advanced HR operation method research and governance project delivered in collaboration with Alphabet. Interviews with CEOs and senior directors in various companies and industries to establish their degree of readiness for implementing IoT and artificial intelligence in their activities, advanced training curricula (design thinking, leadership communications, etc.), modern working techniques (Agile teams, etc.) and cognitive technology-based solutions. Job Title: Researcher and Project Manager

Brief description of responsibilities: Associate in an advanced HR operation method research and governance project delivered in collaboration with Alphabet. Interviews with CEOs and senior directors in various companies and industries to establish their degree of readiness for implementing IoT and artificial intelligence in their activities, advanced training curricula (design thinking, leadership communications, etc.), modern working techniques (Agile teams, etc.) and cognitive technology-based solutions. Publishing internal white papers, trend reports and conclusions on discussions with the interviewed executives for IBM and Alphabet customers and using them for customer engagement and market development. Assessed commercial readiness and leadership requirements for the introduction and deployment of modern organizational applications with major IBM customers within the Kansai area, among them Yusen Logistics, Resona Bank and Panasonic. Contacts with various Japan-based insurance companies for proposing cognitive solutions for their internal customised needs. Currently performing independent follow-up analysis and feedback for the transition period within this project.

Job Title: Integration Team Leader

Brief description of responsibilities: I set up and coordinated the International Rapid Response and Communication Team within the AIG-Fujikasai integration project, made up of 12 associates in Japan and the Philippines in charge of the development and deployment of automated corporate communication platforms and sessions about developing infrastructure of insurance support IT systems. I coordinated the implementation of corporate governance functions on system maintenance training sessions, prepared industrial best practice cases and the facilitation of system integration seminars. I drew up glossaries and checked the quality of project information. I prepared progress reports, assigning drafting tasks, negotiating work volume with the customer and balanced it among the associates. I contributed with automated HR training proposals as a support to the overall Saisentan integration project.

Brief description of responsibilities: I set up a research centre for next generation of STBs, where 25 engineers were trained and started research for developing of next generation digital signal receiving devices. I proposed and controlled an integrated internet data extraction internal application for data analysis reports on Latin American digital TV markets for a long-term regional marketing strategy. Besides, I also provided consultancy on multilingual translation of legal documents (patents, design right, copyright, contracts, etc.), system materials for digital TV equipment development for foreign customers and interpretation and coordinating activities related to development of digital TV and telecommunication systems, testing equipment, performing demonstrations, IT infrastructure development-related actions, sales engineer activities (solving customers' technical requirements and providing technical information), etc.
